Cast Tin Cubes
The client specified two cubes cast of 99% pure tin, 2.5" on a side, with 1/16" precision. Solution:
I created a mold from hot rolled steel for minimal scale contamination, and used this to cast the tin. I finished the cubes by sanding to remove surface contamination and make the size more precise.
